ABOUT THE VENUE
Hannover Medical School (MHH) is the only independent university medical school in Germany with the three pillars “Infection & Immunity”, “Regeneration & Transplantation” and “Biomedical Technology & Implants”. In Biomedical research, high-end patient care and teaching are our core aspects, supported by several research and teaching consortia. MHH belongs to the top hospitals in the German academic landscape, and we are delighted to welcome you to our joint Meeting of the DGfI and ÖGAI in Hannover.
At our MHH medical campus, we will build our event center, which provides an ideal setting for the joint congress in a hybrid format where more than 700 events ranging from workshops, patient fora, congresses and public lectures used to be held here each year before the Pandemic.
For our joint Meeting, we will reserve 12 fully equipped seminar rooms, lecture halls and an auditorium as well as space for posters, industry exhibitions and coffee breaks in the buildings J01 and J02. Light exhibition areas allow congress participants and partners space for meetings, stimulating talks and discussions, as well as for making and deepening new and old contacts.

Line U 4 From Garbsen via Kröpcke in the direction of Roderbruch; get off at the stop “Medizinische Hochschule”.
(not directly from the main station: either walk 400m from the main station to Kröpcke station or take the U 1 / 2 / 8 (Messe) from the main station basement two stops to Aegidientorplatz, change there on the same platform level opposite to line U 4)
